Cookie Policy
Which cookies this website uses, what they are for and how to manage your preferences.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This page explains which cookies and similar tools are used on the Teknet S.r.l. website, what they are for and how you can manage your preferences, in accordance with the GDPR, art. 122 of the Codice Privacy (Italian Privacy Code) and the Guidelines of the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority) of 10 June 2021.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on your device to make them work, remember your choices or collect information about your browsing. They can be set by the website you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by other services (third-party cookies). This page also covers similar technologies, such as pixels and identifiers.
Your choices
On your first visit, a banner asks whether you want to accept, reject or customise cookies. Closing the banner with the X is equivalent to rejecting non-essential cookies. Your choices are recorded anonymously, with a consent identifier, so that they can be demonstrated. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. Without your consent we only use strictly necessary technical cookies.
Strictly necessary technical cookies
These make the website work and remember your cookie choices. They do not require consent.

|---|---|---|---|
| cookieadmin_consent | Teknet (CookieAdmin) | Stores the preferences you have expressed about cookies | 12 months |
| pll_language | Teknet (Polylang) | Remembers the language chosen for the site | 12 months |

The virtual assistant does not set cookies: the conversation stays in the browser’s session storage and messages are sent to our website, and from there to the artificial intelligence service provider, only when you write. More details in the Privacy Policy.
