Funding your digital projects
Grants and
incentives.
Grants and incentives: funding calls, vouchers and other schemes can cover a significant share of your investment in websites, software, digital export and communication. We help you work out which ones you can use and shape the project the right way.
Why it pays off
Many businesses miss out on incentives because funding calls are complex and change often. We follow the project from choosing the call right through to reporting the expenses.
Amounts, deadlines and requirements change over time: that’s why, before proposing a project, we check with you which schemes are open and suitable for your business.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about grants and incentives.
How much can I get?
It depends on the call: some measures cover a percentage of eligible costs up to a maximum amount, others provide tax credits. We give you a precise picture once we have checked which schemes are open.
Is the grant guaranteed?
No: many calls have limited funds, ranking lists or first-come, first-served allocation. That’s why it’s important to move early and submit a solid project.
Can I start work before applying?
Often not: many measures require the contract or the expenses to come after the application or the award. We always check the rules before starting.
Do you handle the application?
We prepare the technical part of the project and the quotes; for administrative and tax matters we work together with your consultant or accountant.
Before you apply
What to check
in a funding call.
Every call for grants and incentives has precise requirements: company size and sector, location, eligible costs, minimum and maximum amounts, deadlines. Before we start, we check with you that the project meets them, so you don’t spend time on an application that cannot be accepted.
Many schemes require costs to be incurred after the application is submitted and documented carefully: quotes, invoices, technical reports. We organise the project so that every activity is traceable and easy to report on.
The outcome of an application depends on the funding body and the resources available, so nobody can guarantee it: we help you prepare it well and on time, and deliver the project as it was approved.
